Weekly sessions to carry on growing after your Artful Brain course. We often find it easier to establish new habits when we have a positive routine and a devoted space.
These sessions are relaxed and gentle, allowing you to keep using the studio and all of the materials.
Each week there will be a suggested practice, however, you are free to use the time to practice in your preferred way. Perhaps you will have a favourite project from the course already and want to spend your session doing that.
