Reconnect with Nature

Just a short train journey from London Paddington, Ash Farm is a working farm enveloped in nature, situated in the beautiful North Cotswold countryside, recognised as the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

"Nature walks were brilliant. Loved the farm setting and animals"

Libby

Retune with Mindful Drawing

Gently guided by Karine, connect with your experience as it arises in the moment through simple yet powerful drawing practices. Whether you are an artist or have never drawn before, tune into your breath and your senses with a creative process that fosters a deep sense of connection with yourself. Using materials like graphite, charcoal, oil pastels or ink, experience the joy and freedom of creative expression and learn to see, hear and feel in an entirely new way.

"Joyful, calm, serene, caring and enriching. If I lived nearby, I would have asked to organise weekly sessions to recharge my batteries, and to help me be more in the present moment, to give me the keys to find my own resources. It was the first time I did mindfulness with art, and it was a beautiful discovery. When I got home, I started to implement some key activities taught by Karine. It even made me want to draw and explore mindfulness with a pencil in my hand!"   Lea

" I had come with anxiety about art, but left with desire to try more art. I was very relaxed by the end of the session"

Rama

Restore with

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Led by Roisin, restore yourself with Yin Yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga using principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. With these specially designed postures, rest and relax your organs, calm your body and mind, and nourish the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha yoga.

Culminate your journey with a transformative sound bath, guided by Roisin, our certified sound therapist.

"Really enjoyed yoga - loved sound therapy & oils in particular - amazing!"

Libby

Recharge with Nourishing Food

Re-energise with Chantal's and Daniel's seasonal, locally sourced heart-warming food, prepared in Ash Farm's very own micro-bakery and professional kitchen.

"Really enjoyed the retreat, it was nice trying new things that I wouldn't usually do eg. art and great to have all food and drink provided using homemade/ homegrown ingredients"

Libby

"Food was brilliant"
