Kariné Gazarian, PhD
Kariné Gazarian, PhD, is a neuroscientist, coach, and art facilitator committed to helping people find clarity and presence in a world full of distractions. As the founder of Artful Mindscape, she integrates neuroscience, psychology, and creative practice to address the growing sense of disconnection many experience — from themselves, from others, and from the world around them. She believes that by retraining our attention, we can restore a deeper sense of presence, joy, and meaning in our lives.
With a PhD in clinical neuroscience from University College London, Kariné has spent years studying the brain’s capacity for change — known as neuroplasticity. She uses this understanding to show how artful practices can help strengthen attention and deepen self-awareness. Through Artful Mindscape’s workshops and courses, she guides others in using art as a powerful tool for reconnection, fostering resilience, focus, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of wellbeing in everyday life.
